Angry buffalo pierced the lion’s intestines to rescue his fellows, but the ending was sad

 The scene of a wild buffalo gobbling up a lion was captured by Brazilian photographer Mariangela Matarazzo Lee, 54, when he and family and friends visited a reserve in South Africa.

Despite being surrounded by a herd of lions, buffalo still created a spectacular escape. It even nearly killed a male lion.

Specifically, a wild buffalo was surrounded by a pack of 12 lions and tried to knock it down. However, the buffalo herd soon arrived.

One of them decided to rush forward and rescue the injured buffalo lying among the lions.

Seeing this, the male lion decided to rush out to block the buffalo’s path. However, this wrong decision caused it to receive an extremely painful end.

Not only was the buffalo’s sharp horns hooked into his ribs, the male lion was also thrown into the air several times before being thrown to the ground.

Seeing their fellows in trouble, the lions were afraid and did not dare to rush to attack.

After attacking the enemy, the adult buffalo immediately leaves. Meanwhile, the injured buffalo also tried to get up to run away.

However, due to its severe injuries, it was quickly knocked down by a nearby lion. Two other lions also rushed forward and finished the prey.
