Hippo “hero” rushed to rescue the antelope from the crocodile’s jaws but still could not escape the hand of death
Hippos and crocodiles, although living in the same area, do not like each other. Crocodiles many times stalked to eat baby hippos, and adult hippos also often broke the crowd to prevent crocodiles from hunting.
The antelope, after escaping from the lion’s clutches, was trapped on the “desert island” in the middle of the lake.
Although the lord of the steppe had left, the antelope still could not return to the shore because under the murky water there was a hungry crocodile lurking.
The crocodile slowly swam up the mound and approached its lone prey. The antelope knew there was no way back, so it recklessly jumped into the water, trying to swim quickly to the shore to escape. However, the river is the area of crocodiles.
The swamp assassin immediately dives into the water, chasing his prey and quickly catching up with terrifying speed. Thinking the hunt was going smoothly, the crocodile couldn’t help but be surprised when he discovered a hippo rushing towards him.
Thinking that the hippo was present in time to rescue the antelope, the meat-eater was faster, promptly flying his body to deliver a fatal blow before the hippo could charge.
A rough bite with the crocodile’s huge jaws is more than enough to kill the weak antelope. The hippo at this point can only accept defeat, leaving the enemy to enjoy the meal.
